REVIEW | JANUARY IPSY BAG

Time to review my January Ipsy bag…here are my thoughts.

ipsy jan pigment

BelláPierre Shimmer Powder in Celebration. The colour is pretty but its not for me. The colour isn’t coming across in any of the photos I took but its a gold & I feel it has an orange undertone. I’ll see if one of my sisters is interested.

Elizabeth Mott All Over Shadow Brush I like this brush because its small so it fits in my hand nicely & its soft & densely packed. Its been a good multi tasking brush & reminds me of my beloved Elf Essential Eye Shadow Brush.

ipsy jan moisturizer

La Fresh Eco-Beauty Be Good. Good Day. Day Moisturizer I have only used this on my hands & body since I break out easily. It absorbs nicely & doesn’t leave a greasy feel nor does it leave any shine. I’ll finish it up but I won’t purchase it as I’m not looking for a new face moisturizer.

Pacifica Natural Mineral Coconut Eye Shadow in Ethereal. I can’t find this on Pacifica’s website so I’m not sure what’s going on there. This is a very pretty neutral shade but its also very close to my skin tone. I have been using it as a highlight on my cheekbones, down my nose & upper lip. I like how subtle it is & I’ll get some use out of it.

Probelle Into The Blue Nail Lacquer The formula is nice, just the right consistency & the brush is decent. I like that with two coats the finish was opaque. I’m not a fan of blue nail polish but I’ll hold on to this for the odd time I might “need” it.

I did mention in my January Ipsy Unboxing video that I am considering cancelling my subscription. I have more than enough makeup & lots of samples to get through. But I keep thinking, just one more month 😉
